Back in 2011 Ned Wight and Tim Fisher started New England Distilling and now make three products. As you can see their Eight Bells Rum and Ingenium Dry Gin have already won multiple awards and the Gunpowder Rye Whiskey just won a Silver medal( the Gold went to Knob Creek!) So next time you are in the Portland area stop and take a tour and a taste!
